Terms of Use
By installing and using the Quantos Dias app (the "app"), offered by Duo Dev ("we"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
1. What the app does
Quantos Dias lets you create day counters (forward and backward), receive alerts at milestones, share cards as images, use widgets (Android) and, on the Premium plan, customize the look and back up to a file.
2. Permitted use
You may use the app for personal purposes. It is forbidden to: try to bypass purchase verification or the limits of the free plan, reverse engineer the app beyond what the law allows, or use the app for illegal purposes or to violate the rights of third parties.
3. Free and Premium plans
- Free: up to 3 counters and 1 widget, cards with a watermark and ads.
- Premium: unlimited counters and widgets, background photo, extra themes and fonts, cards without a watermark, file backup and no ads.
- The prices shown in the app are those of your store (for example: monthly R$ 9.90, annual R$ 39.90 with 3 free days for new subscribers and lifetime R$ 79.90, subject to change and taxes).
4. Subscriptions, billing and cancellation
- Purchases are charged by Google Play or the App Store, depending on the store where you downloaded the app.
- Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period (monthly or annual) until canceled. On the annual plan, the 3-day free trial is offered to new subscribers; if it is not canceled at least 24 hours before the trial ends, the first year is charged automatically.
- You can cancel at any time in your store account settings (Google Play: Payments and subscriptions; App Store: Subscriptions). Cancellation applies to the next renewal; Premium access continues until the end of the period already paid.
- The lifetime purchase is a one-time payment, with no renewal, and is valid for the store account used for the purchase.
- Refunds follow the store's rules. The Brazilian Consumer Protection Code remains applicable, including the right of withdrawal where applicable.
- You can restore purchases in Settings > Restore purchases.
5. If Premium expires
Your data is not erased. With more than 3 counters, the app shows only the 3 most recently created and keeps the rest; when you renew Premium, all of them come back. Customizations already made remain, but new edits require Premium, and the watermark returns to new cards.
6. Your data and backup
Your counters stay on the device. You are responsible for making a backup (Premium feature) if you want to preserve the data when changing devices. We are not responsible for data loss caused by uninstalling, device failure or deletion by the user. See the Privacy Policy.
7. Notifications
Alerts depend on system settings (permission, battery saving, time zone). Although the app tries to deliver them at the chosen time, we do not guarantee punctual delivery. Do not use the app as the only way to remember important commitments.
8. Accuracy of dates
Counts use calendar dates. The dates of Carnival and Easter are calculated automatically. Double-check the dates of important events.
9. Intellectual property
The app, name, brand, icon and texts are protected by law. We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive and revocable license to use the app. The content you create (counter names, photos) remains yours.
10. Warranties and limitation of liability
The app is offered "as is", without a guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages or loss of profits arising from use of the app. Nothing here limits rights that consumer law guarantees you.
11. Changes
We may change these terms and the app. Relevant changes will be announced in the app or on the website; continuing to use it after the change means agreement.
12. Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil; the courts of the consumer's domicile are chosen. Questions: quantosdias@duo.dev.br.
