Delete account and data

You can delete your account and data from the ProTask app, by Duo Dev, at any time, in the app or by email.

In the app

1. Open ProTask and go to the Account tab.
2. Tap Delete account and cloud data.
3. Confirm.

Your account and all lists, tasks and subtasks stored in the cloud are erased immediately and cannot be recovered.

Without access to the app

Send an email to contato@duo.dev.br, from the address of the Google account used in ProTask, with the subject "Delete ProTask account". We delete within 30 days.

What is erased

The authentication account (Firebase) and the lists, tasks and subtasks stored in the cloud.

What remains

Data that is on your device (delete it by clearing the app's data or uninstalling) and aggregated/anonymized Firebase Analytics data.

Use without an account

Those who use the app without an account have no data with us: just uninstall to remove everything.
