Delete account and data
You can delete your account and data from the Rumo - Habits and Routines app, by Duo Dev, at any time, in the app or by email.
In the app
- Open Rumo and go to the Profile tab.
- Tap Delete account and cloud data.
- Confirm.
Your account and all habits, goals, records and progress (streak, XP and badges) stored in the cloud are erased immediately and cannot be recovered.
Without access to the app
Send an email to contato@duo.dev.br, from the address of the Google account used in Rumo, with the subject "Delete Rumo account". We delete within 30 days.
What is erased
The authentication account (Firebase) and the habits, goals, records and progress stored in the cloud.
What remains
Data on your device (erase it by clearing the app's data or uninstalling). The Premium subscription is managed by Google Play and stays active until you cancel it in Play Store > Subscriptions.
Use without an account
People who use the app without an account have no data with us: just uninstall to remove everything.
