Rumo: habits and routines
Terms of Use
These terms govern the use of the Rumo - Habits and Routines app, by Duo Dev (contact: contato@duo.dev.br). By installing and using the app, you agree to them.
1. What Rumo is
A habits and goals app with reminders, streaks, levels and achievements. It stores your data on your device and, if you sign in with a Google account, also backs it up to the cloud. There is a free plan with ads and an optional subscription, Rumo Premium.
2. Account and use
- Use without an account is allowed. Signing in with Google is optional and is for backing up and restoring your data.
- You are responsible for keeping your Google account secure and for everything you record in the app.
- You must not use the app for unlawful purposes, try to access other users' data, bypass plan limits or harm the service.
3. Your data
Data processing is described in the Privacy Policy. You can delete your account and cloud data at any time under Profile > Delete account and cloud data or through the deletion page.
4. Reminders
Reminders depend on Android permissions and device settings (battery saver, "Do not disturb", exact alarms). We do our best for them to arrive on time, but we do not guarantee delivery on every device and in every situation. Do not use the app as your only way to remember critical commitments, such as taking medication, or other health, safety, legal or financial deadlines.
5. Health and wellness
Rumo is a personal organization tool. It does not provide medical, nutritional, psychological or fitness advice. Consult a professional before changing your health routine. Streaks, levels and achievements are motivation only and do not measure health outcomes.
6. Premium subscription
- Rumo Premium is an optional monthly or yearly subscription, purchased and billed by Google Play. Prices and any free trial are shown on the plan screen before purchase.
- The subscription renews automatically until canceled. Cancel anytime in Play Store > Subscriptions; access continues until the end of the period already paid.
- Refunds follow Google Play rules and applicable law, including consumer withdrawal rights where they apply.
7. Availability and backup
The service is provided "as is", with no guarantee of continuous or error-free operation. Without an account, data stays only on the device and may be lost if you uninstall the app or change phones; sign in with Google to have a backup. We may change, suspend or end features, including cloud backup, with reasonable notice when possible.
8. Intellectual property
The app, the Rumo name, the logo and the design belong to Duo Dev. The content you create (habits, goals and records) is yours. You grant us only the permission needed to store and sync it for you.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Duo Dev is not liable for indirect damages, data loss, loss of a streak or lost profits arising from the use of or inability to use the app, except where required by law (such as consumer protection law).
10. Changes
We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the current version. Continued use after a change means acceptance.
